How to import titles to adobe rush ipad

I upgrade my adobe rush for ipad and I didn't recieve the full features of it specifically for the titles and graphics

please advice

Are you getting any error codes or messages?
Could you share a screen recording that displays the issue?

Rush version is 1561 (1074)

Titles are only 9

Transition graphics are only 9
