how to migrate Rush files/projects to new Adobe CC account & computer

i got that i can just copy and paste all folders under this Common folder to new computer or new adobe account?

asking this because i don't actually need to subscribe adobe cc account by myself as i work as designer and company will usually have this for us but what if i change job and work in new company, new account, new laptop but i want previous projects back.

is this the same method? so when i open Rush i will see what i did in the past?

just all files in folder right?
