How to save file with Discontinuation of Creative Cloud synched files for Premiere Rush

I was notified that as of 2/1/24, Premiere Rush files will no longer be synched to the creative cloud. I cannot find any of my older files on my local drive or a way to save new files locally. I'm looking for working files, not exports. Thanks.
