I bought rush as mobile app but I can’t use it with premium features on desktop

Hello 

I made subscription on Iphone for one year and when I use it on laptop with the same email there is a massage pops up say that I must buy it because I use premium features 

why is that happening ? 
should I buy it twice separately one for mobile and other for laptop?!!!
