I cannot access my Adobe Rush Project

I'm trying to continue editing an Adobe Rush project. Two weeks ago I started the project; I chose all the video clips that would be included in the project and began editing.

This morning, on the same iPad Generation 10 that I used previously, I tapped the project, and I'm getting an endless circle. The icons beside the project name are a mobile device and a cloud. My internet is working fine, at 316 Mbps. My account is up to date.

Any suggestions?

    Actually, what I ended up doing was a hard shut off of the iPad and when I
    turned it back on, everything was fine.
    But good to know about signing out of CC.

    Sorry about this. Can you try signing out of Creative Cloud, then signing back in? That can work. Try is and report back.
