I Cant download it on my pc

Hey, i just recently swapped pc to a new fresh bulid one

and it says i cant download it because i need to update my system?

What can i do to fix this?

I have updated windows and Nvidia

Problem solved with using a diffrent Browser,

i was using Opera GX, had to swap to Chrome
