I cant upload video Content into Premiere Rush from my Iphone

When I try to upload videos from my iPhone into Adobe Premiere Rush, it does not work.

This is what pops up - media import error, unsupported media type could not be imported. I'm operating on the new iPhone I don't know if that is making the impact but id love some help to fix this please!! 

Ps it is just a normal video taken on the iPhone that I'm trying to upload. I'd love some help in how to resolve this ASAP.
