I cant work with any music, Windows 10

Question

Hello, I have been working with rush from some time and was great, now suddenly I cant use any music because all I can hear are beeps and distorted sound instead of music. I am using MP3 downloaded from theYoutube music library and they worked fine before.

I tryed to change the bit rate and even convert it to WAV but nothing works out and I am in a hurry to finish my work.

The music files sound fine outside Premiere in any music application.

Hi Eduardo,

Can you try deleting your cache files and/or turning off "Use Optimized Clips" under the View menu >"Use Optimized Clips"

You can find your cache files here: \Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Common
