I have a full adobe cc subscription but Rush is charging me for premium features

I have a full adobe cc subscription but anytime I try to use overlays or anything in premier rush I keep getting asked to pay monthly for the features. Am I misunderstanding my subscription? Or is this not supposed to happen?

 

Any help will be greatly appreciated,
