i have an issue with Rush (Grey screen) not loading

when i open adobe rush, this is all i see. it still lets me open projects, but why am i not seeing them?

Hi there!

We're sorry about the trouble. Could you share the system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? What happens when you rename extensions?
Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\CEP\extensions
