im working woth an ipad and an iphone & dont need anything but some compression guidance

ive got a large mp4 i need compressed so i can email and imessage it off for safe keeping. Sont want to ise one of thos websiyes willing to do it for free and next thing you know they own my 82 minute video for life and send me more spam than i could deal with if i grew up in Hawaii. Plus i really dont want to have to change my email. Help ple🛠️📠🥽🥼
