Image goes black when trying to make smaller to fit frame. This creates error on export!

Question

So I keep having the following error code on export (attached), which I figured out is once I try to rezise my images.

When I try to make my image smaller to fit the frame, it just goes black (attached) and messes up the export! It exports fine otherwise.

Can anyone help please or is anyone else having this issue?

So looking at your black screen image:

I'm not sure if you were intending to use the Pan & Zoom [which is still VERY MUCH PHASE 1 with not a lot of flexibility right now], or rather the Transform tool:
