Just downloaded Premiere Rush for the first time and am excited to try it after being a lifelong Adobe user but getting this error whenever I try and import a video from my library. Not the most helpful error. What are others doing in this scenario? Thanks.

Frustrating that we pay for this app and it's basically not compatible with iPhone 16 pro max settings - I want to use my beautiful cinematic video and portrait photos but can't.

Check out Project Violet on the app store. That is a new mobile video app from Adobe Research. It should support newer formats, @lucy_0161.

Hi,

Are you on iOS? Turn off "spatial audio" in the iPhone camera settings and try again. Works now? Let me know.

OK, I've turned that off. Is there anyway to get it to import existing videos?
