Importing my purchased music into RU

I can not see my songs (purchased or subscribed) in RU to bring it into my projects. What am I not doing correctly?

Sorry to hear that. Are you seeing any error codes or messages? Have you tried copying them in the local drive and then import?

I'm having similar issue. I would like to import music that I created but can't seem to find an option for importing from my computer.
