Impossible de se servir d'Adobe Premiere Rush

Bonjour,
Je viens d'installer Adobe Premiere Rush, version donc à jour, sur un nouveau PC portable à jour également, mais le logiciel peine à se lancer et je n'ai jamais pu dépasser le non du projet... Ensuite ça plante ! Rien ne bouge ou j'ai une fenêtre "une erreur s'est produite"
Des collègues travaillent déjà avec ce logiciel, et n'ont pas de soucis...

Bonjour!

Let's try this. With Rush closed, hold down Control+Alt+Shift on your keyboard and launch Rush. Keep holding the keys down on your keyboard while the app launches! A window will appear asking if you want to reset preferences. Say yes!
