iPad Pro, Logitech Combo Touch problem - arrow keys malfunctioning

iPad keyboard shortcut guide says arrow key moves indicator by each way.

But with Logitech Combo Touch keyboard, it just move like normal arrow key interaction (changing selected area or like that)

I have no idea other keyboard's arrow key work like this, but it's quite annoying situation and need to be fixed.
