iPhone 16 pro compatibility photos

Installed Rush on my iPhone 16 pro, and it seems great in many ways. However, it won't import many images made with my camera on my iPhone 16 pro. Says media not compatible. Other abobe apps seem capable of importing all photos. Is there a setting, or is this a bug, or a feature not yet available?

    Hi TC,

    Sorry, the photos created by the iPhone, by default, aren't visible to Rush. You'd need to format them as PNG or JPEG in Preview. See if they work then.
