Why won't video import and process into Adobe Premiere Rush?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for the trouble. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is a newer device, and Premiere Rush is now at end of life. Adobe is no longer updating Rush for compatibility with new devices or operating system changes, so changing the iPhone camera format may not resolve the import issue.

    For iPhone editing going forward, I'd recommend moving to Premiere on iPhone, which replaces Premiere Rush.

    Having issues here too.

    I saw a recommendation for changing video Format from ‘High Efficiency’ to ‘Most Compatible’. This did not work either.
