Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that you're unable to import media files from iPhone and Dropbox.

Could you share more details about the issue?

• Which version of Premiere Rush are you using? https://community.adobe.com/t5/premiere-rush/finding-the-premiere-rush-version-number/m-p/4788185
• Which OS version is installed on your iPhone?
• What is the codec of media files taken from the iPhone?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Kartika
