Is it possible to create a multi angle video with Rush?
Rush works way better for me, since I'm not a professional video editor. However, is it possible to create a multi angle video as easy as it is with Premiere Pro?

Multi Angle? I think you're trying to sync multi camera edit?
There's no support for sync'ing audio and picture with a button, but if you put the same start frame at the beginning of the timeline on separate video layers, I think you could trim relatively to sync. It'd be a bit more work than PremierePro, but I think it's possible.
