Is Premiere Rush PREMIUM included in Adobe Creative Cloud?

I have Adobe creative cloud (paid) subscription. Does this include Premiere Rush Premium? I see it includes Premiere Rush (may just be free for anyone), but it has an upgrade option. I thought this was included with my Cloud account (paid). I'm signed in with my Adobe creative cloud account.

    How are you? Thanks for the question. Exactly which Adobe Creative Cloud subscription did you purchase? I'm not sure what subscription you have as your screenshot looks unfamiliar. Can you give us more info?
