Is there anyone who can solve red screen issue?

Is there anyone who suffered red screen issue?

I found my on going project got an error as below. 

I had edited this file a week ago, and there was no problem at that time.

I think my creative storage is not an issue as i only used 1% of it. 

This is new project just started today.

I consolidated two different files - one is short and the other one is longer.

While editing this video, same red screen issue occured, but it only impacts on the longer video.

Do you have any ideas why this problem is occuring?

FYI, I am editing on my laptop and source of my video footage is on C drive. 

My operating system is windows 10 and my Premier Rush is latest version.
