Issue with Adobe Premiere Rush on iPad

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with Adobe Premiere Rush on my iPad Pro 2024 running iPadOS 18.3.2. When I launch the app, it only shows a loading spinner and never fully loads. When I try to create a new project, I select the videos and choose the format, but the "Create" button is grayed out and cannot be clicked.

I already tried restarted the app and iPad, updated both the app and iPadOS, checked storage – I have enough free space, uninstalled and reinstalled the app.

Could you please help me find a solution?

Please also let me know if you are using a non-English version of iOS. Some of our Czech uses are showing this issue. Are you Czech? Let us know, so we can reproduce this issue to fix it.

Thanks,
Kevin

Which version of Rush?

Please check that your device is compatible with the system requirements.

HI @eleanor_9446,

Thanks for the post. Welcome to the forum. I'm Kevin from support, a mod here. This is a user to user forum with no participation from the Rush Team. Sorry. I hope the community or I can assist you. I am a user of Rush, by the way.

I have Rush running on the current iOS but it is an older device. I hope someone in the community can verify this bug. As far as I know, it should work. The issue could be the footage. Rush does not support footage that was shot with the spatial audio setting swtiched on, which it is by default. Try a test and shoot a clip with that setting off. Sign out of Rush and sign back in. Try and import this new clip. Let us know if it works. I hope so!

Thanks,
Kevin
