Issue with Adobe Rush on Windows: Unable to Customize Video Ratio

I am writing to report a problem I am experiencing with Adobe Rush for Windows. Specifically, I am unable to customize the ratio of my videos. I have recorded a video that is displayed on a 49-inch Samsung monitor at a resolution of 5120x1440, but I cannot export it properly in this resolution. When attempting to export the video, the aspect ratio cannot be adjusted, and the preview shows only options for 16:9, 9:16, 4:5, and 1:1.

Can you please explain why custom ratios cannot be set for videos in the 5120x1400 resolution?
