Issue with Export on Adobe Rush - File won't play once exported

Hey All.

Having some issues and not getting much help through adobe so hoping someone here might be able to help.

I have been working on a project in Adobe Rush, I do so regularly, however this most recent project won't play once it's been exported (the exported file).

Now the files will all play and work just fine in the editor as well as in the library, no issues but as soon as the file is exported I get an error message saying 'Can't open file, it uses unsupported encoding settings 0x00D36E5'

I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling, same issue. I'm running version 2.10 on Windows also.

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
