Issues with Adobe Rush export

I'm having issues with exporting video with Adobe Rush on a iPhone 14 Pro Max with the latest IOS update. Each time I export a movie it loses its color sharpness. Sometimes it even gets slightly pixelated. Has anyone else had this issue? I just reinstalled Rush to see if that would fix it but it didn't work. Any thoughts?

Export in 720p and it fixes the color issue although not ideal if you want to export in 1080p.

I hope Adobe can fix the export HDR issue as well as importing photos/videos (also hdr issue?) from ios photo gallery. My workaround for that is taking a screenshot of the photo in the gallery which imports fine into the app.

Its not perfect but I absolutley love this app for my iphone.

Thanks for the report. I'm sorry for the shortcoming. Adobe Research has a new app in the app store called Project Violet. You may even like it better. Feel free to check that out. As far as I know, it exports all formats. Let me know if that workaround might be acceptable for now.

Cheers,

Hi William,

I read your message. To understand your issue better, can you provide a screenshot of what you are seeing? I have a feeling that you shot your video in HDR format, which is not supported in Rush. You may want to turn off HDR when working with Rush. See this troubleshooting doc from Apple for more info. Please let us know if that solves your issue.

Thanks,
Kevin

Same problem for me! Mine gets all pale in the colors after a few seconds in saving it. Yes! Extremely irritating.
