Issues with Premier Rush Crashing
Hi There,
I have a young student who is using Premier Rush for an assignment. Everytine she starts a new project, it crashes completely. We have uninstalled the program, reinstalled it as well. Uninstalled Creative cloud and reinstalled as well. I have installed an older version as well. We have re-imaged the device and same issue again. Have tried on a brand new device and Same issue persists again. She is uploading files from her Microsoft OneDrive which shouldn't be causing the issue. Can I have a solution around this please?
