Issues with Webinar Recording Download Cuts Cut Off Upon Import

Hi Folks, 

Ive seen some forums floating around about this but I still havent found the answer.

A recording of a webinar I hosted  has been downloaded directly to my laptop (Used GoToWebinar.) I want to add images to the recording, however, I realized the video which was originally 2 hrs was now cut off at the end at 1 hr and 20 minutes. The video is not faster, the voice and video simply end mid sentence.

I'm sure I need to do some video conversions prior to importing to Premiere Pro...

Looking for assistance.
