Laggy video

I recently got adobe rush to edit some gaming videos and have had nothing but trouble with it. I just fixed the purple and green nightmare screen, but now the video is serriously lagging and jittery. I've searched for solutions to this and haven't really come up with anything. Does anyone else know how to fix this?
