Latest 1.5.34 doesn't start on Win10 - Downgrade to 1.5.29 works

Unforunately the latest Version doesn't run on Windows 10. Everything is up to date (Windows, Graphics Driver), I hit start in CC, Rush splash screen is being displayed and loading. Afterwards the splash screen simply disappears and nothing happens. No error message or anything.

I tried downgrading to 1.5.29 and Rush starts as it should. Anyone else with that problem or a solution?
