Lost files and freezing app when trying to export

I have lost the majority of my videos when I made a reinstallation of the Rush app. Prior to that I have had many problems with exporting videos as the app crashes on the phone. I have restarted the phone, but still the same problem.

So this is the last time I will ever use this bad program

Hi @Heidi30375546rlry,

I read your note. Sounds like you are having a number of issues. Are you a mobile only user? Which device? Can you try signing out of Creative Cloud and then signing back in? Let us know how it goes. Sorry for the issues.

I only use it on my Iphone. I have been in contact with the support team, and they say, that because I didn't sync the videos with creative cloud I have lost everything AND apparently that should also have caused the freezing and the unability to export the videos (which I doubt can be true, but what do I know, I am not a technician )

Got your note. I am so sorry you lost work. That is a terrible feeling I can releate to. I wish we would have warned you better somehow to have prevented this issue. I will report this incident to the developers. Again, my apologies for the frustration.
