Lost Projects

Hello, I’m having an issue with my Adobe Premiere Rush account.

Problem: When opening the app on my PC, I don’t see the projects I’ve worked on over the past few weeks. A gray, frozen screen appears (see attached screenshot).

I’ve already tried:

  • Restarting my PC
  • Logging out and back into my account
  • Freeing up memory on the PC

Additional symptoms:

  • If I start a new project, it works. But if I then return to the home screen where all projects are, it won’t load.
  • The last time I used it, the app crashed and forced a shutdown.

Can you help me resolve this issue?

Hi, I’m running into the same problem. All of my projects have disappeared, and whenever I launch Adobe Premiere Rush, the home/project screen doesn’t load—it just shows a gray, frozen window.

Hi,

Are these older projects that were once stored in Creative Cloud? If so, these are likely no longer available. Let me know if that is the case.

Thanks,
Kevin
