Lower Video Resolution

Total novice...

I need to upload a video to wordpress but it's 30 MB.

Original is 720 × 540 .mov (33 MB).

I cut a chunk out and now it's 1280 × 720 .mp4.

Help?

You may be able to export a smaller frame dimension for your video in an external app like Shutter Encoder or Handbrake. See if that might work.
