Make Overlays Snap to Edge in Premiere Rush like Photoshop Overlays

In Premiere Rush, right now it depends on the user observation to determine whether the overlay perfectly cover the underlay and this creates mistakes. Magnet snap to edge makes overlays perfectly cover underlays. This is already available in Photoshop.
