Making Edits on the iPad

I want to make arrangements in Ipad Rush application with ready-made templates that I downloaded from stock sites such as Envato. It will be great for me to use on travels rather than my computer. For this, the latest versions of Premiere Pro and Premiere Rush applications are available on my computer. But when trying to load .mogrt files I get an error like "Could not load your library".

How can I achieve this?
