Ich kann keine Markierungen mit "M" mehr setzen oder habe diese irgendwie ausgeblendet. 
Ist das möglich? Kann mir jemand helfen?

Premiere Rush doesn't have markers, but Premiere Pro does.

 

If you'd like to use a workaround for adding markers in Rush, you could try the suggestion I made in this post:
