Media Feature Pack and Win 11

I have the Rush with my photography plan. when i want to share/export a video it keeps popping a window that says "This file require the HEVC codec which is included with a Creative Cloud membership. To upgrade to a paid plan go to:  I went to the location and its not found. I got on with support chat. he took remote control of my computer. He changed lots of things. one which caused one of my games to not work. he finally came to the conclusion that Windows 11 doesn't have a Media Feature Pack.  I can't find a way to get it either. does anyone know what to do?  Yes I have a paid plan.

Hello @Canon Guy,

Thanks for the message, and welcome to the forum. Rush Premium (the paid version) is not bundled with the Photography plan; only the free starter version is included. The issue of access to Rush Premium in the Photography plan seems to be a common misconception. Unfortunately, it is not included, and the Starter version does not support the HEVC video. Sorry about that.

 

You might try adjusting camera settings to shoot H.264 instead. You can also convert the files to Media Encoder or use freeware like Shutter Encoder. I hope the advice helps.
