Hi @Fabintro,

Welcome to the forum. I heard you're having trouble importing media. Are you trying to import HDR or cinematic mode video? It's not yet supported. Check it out and let me know.

Thanks,

Kevin

I am having the same issue after the latest iOS update. If I take video through the app I can edit the video. If I try to import media already shot, it will only let me edit audio files, video is not displaying. It keeps saying it is offline

Hello @Brett35887242e9cj,

Thanks for the message. I added clips to an existing project I previously shot and didn't have the issue. Did you shoot HDR or cinematic mode footage? Let me know. Sorry for the hassle.

Thanks,
Kevin

It was cinematic mode. The app keeps saying I'm offline also so not sure what the issue is. When I shoot isinf "capture " in the app It works. I changed a setting in the iPhone and it seems to be working again - someone (maybe you) answered in another thread
