Media not clear

Hello, I download my media from icloud.com to my computer and then upload it to premiere rush. I've noticed that the quality goes down and is not clear. Is there a way to fix this?

Hi daivikn,

You can adjust the preview quality by going to the View menu > Preview Quality.

It's set to medium by default to improve performance but you can try setting to High to see if that helps.
