Hallo,

mein Problem ist folgendes:beim übertragen von Video clips (Camera Canon Legria HF G26) kommt der Ton nicht mit oder nur Fragment weise.

Ich habe mehrere verschiedene Speierorte gewählt aber leider keine Besserung .Auf der SD Karte ist Ton und Bild einwandfrei.

    Hi Detlef!

    We could perform a test to see if the format of your footage could be a problem. Will you take one clip and transcode it using this app, Handbrake: https://handbrake.fr/

    After you transcode the clip, import it into Rush and see if your audio is there.
