Merging Clips?

With the popularity in of reels and tiktok I thought it would better to be able to merge my clips since we are only allowed 4 video tracks to edit down longer clips to shorter ones

I am having to export my edited clip back in to Rush to add graphics and other images. I understand Rush is suppose to be bare bones but merging clips seems like a basic function that should be availlable.
