MISSING FILES MEDIA UNLINKED!

Spent countless hours creating stop animation!  Meticulously spent time making sure all images were aligned.  Adjusting to music, so a bear I spent countless hours molding in photoshop to get as close to real as you could imagine.  Then Open project and missing files appear throughout.  DID NOT KNOW it was a KNOWN ISSUE!  FOR OVER 5 YEARS!  ADOBE HAS NO!!! DOs or DON'T DO instructions.  It has something to do with the way files are linked!   If you alter and replace it reverts back to previous iteration.  If previous iteration is moved or deleted file shows up missing.   It seems it would be an easy fix for ADOBE to get their act together on.   I've been through the current entire Disscussions related to the problem, and appears adobe administrators don't know whats going on.  They ask stupid questions like what file type, storage.  The images were produce in PHOTOSHOP their own problem.  It appears as a diversion to addressing a real known LONGTERM problem without a real fix.   I have paid faithfully for a subscription over the past few years without utilizing all options, and now this.  PLEASE DO NOT RECCOMMEND Adobe Premiere RUSH.   I've been using CAPCUT on another project and seriously it works so much more intuitively.  It appears ADOBE has been spending time on AI aps instead of fixing their old applications.   I WANT TO CRY it is INEXCUSABLE!

Now I was able to find a file updated and saved for the project after tinkering for a 2 hours trying to get everything back.   Finding missing files is tedious when you have multiple animation poses.  Then realized it was an incomplete project. Found the completed one and all the files are there NO RED Hooray!   BUT THEN I GET THIS MESSAGE!  when I try to export.  Telling me I am missing files and if I share I could lose it!  How do I proceed?

Hi,

Looks like some of the files still need relinking. Sorry about that. Relinking media is much less tedious in Premiere Pro. You might try it on your next projects.

Thanks,
Kevin
