MOGRT compatibility with RUSH

I have experienced problems with MOGRTs in Rush. I have some I designed in After Effects and use in my Premiere Pro projects but when I use them in Rush... they don't work.   In another thread someone from Adobe suggested that is because they won't work unless specifically designed to be compatible with Rush. I asked the question... what are those parameters to design to be compatible and got no reply.  

So I figured I'd add it here. What are the parameters to make a MOGRT compatible with Rush?

I looked for documentation or a YouTube video and there was zero info on this!
