MOTION EFFECT

Please change it so this effect is not on by default. 

Also please look at bugs with motion effect where the actual visible area doesn't correspond to the cropped area shown 

 

Please also add medium/low bit rate render

options

 

and some useful text graphic templates with adjustable colour background boxes.
