Motion Graphics - can't save new title templates or access saved ones

Hello friends,

As of this week we lost the ability to view and use any saved titles or the ability to create and save new ones. We run 2 machines, only happening in one machine. Have tried to revert to a previous version of Rush and still does not work. We have over 24 saves tiltles we use daily in the workflow. 

Has anyone else had this expericnce? Support has been little help ..
