Multiple copies of rush projects on home screen

Hi

 

WHen I open rush on both my andriod I find I have multiple copies of some of my projects - most without a thumbnail.

 

I have tried uninstalling Rush, and signing out of cloud.

 

NOt sure what to do next

 

ANy ideas - thanks

    Thanks - I have been onto support - who then passed it up the chain. Apparently it has been happening to others. I was then called back to say they were looking into it. Glad I am not the only one. - I'll report back as and when

      That seems odd, @maxelcat. I'm not familiar with this issue, so you may want to contact assisted support directly to help you find a solution to this problem. The chat pod is in the lower-right corner of the screen there. Ask for the “video queue” to reach our digital video specialists. I hope they can help you.
