Multiple crashes, now project won't open

I am running Premiere Rush on Windows 10 version 22H2. It is up-to-date. My Premiere Pro version is 2.9.0 (Build 14). It is up-to-date. My project has increasingly started crashing during various inconsistent actions being taken during work on it. Now it won't open at all. I have already done the following:

1. restarted my Computer

2. uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Premiere Rush

3. changed my preferences

If you can't help me I want a refund please.
