Music Audio messed up

Hi. I have been having a problem with adding music to my project. Whenever I drag it onto the timeline and play it, the music comes out weird and choppy with a whole bunch of blank space at the end of it. I checked the music file and it sounds ok but when I go to the editor it messes up. I attached a picture of the music when I open it in the editor.

    Hi @STUDENT - ISA30624244z8zd,

    Can you share details about the origin of this music file? Is it a highly compressed file inside an .mp3 wrapper, for example? Have you tried a high quality file, say, an uncompressed one in a .wav wrapper? Let the community know. Sorry for the frustration.
