My app hasn’t uploaded a video without a very noticeable audio lag in weeks

Hi, I haven't been able to edit a single video on Adobe premiere rush for weeks. This is a normal issue. I've wasted hours of my life on this issue lol. I've attempted to use both my iPhone 11 Pro & HP laptop, I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling the app on both devices, made sure I had the most recent update, logged in & out of the app, tried both on my cellular network & my WiFi network which is working for everything else. No other t issues besides
