My exported rush video is frozen.

Hello, I've been trying to export my rush video for a while now but after I export it locally, the video is frozen except the parts where I have a transition to a new clip. It pretty much only shows the first frame in that clip. The audio still works but the image is frozen. In the share tab where you can preview your video and change the video preset, the video appears to be fine and plays back normally. (Ive tried exporting three times with different presets.) Would anyone know why this is?

 

PC Specs: Windows 10/ 16 GB Ram/ Intel i7 Processor/ Intel Iris xe graphics.

I've discovered the problem. For anybody having problems with something like this in the future, try importing the videos from your SD card to your computer first. Once they are imported, then you can edit them in Adobe. Cleared up all problems for me.
